I have been out of touch for a week or so.
Not because I am blowing you all off but just to step back and let things percolate.
Today we did an M&A Deep Dive and once again it was effortless conversation and real value to everyone at the table.
How to talk about ourselves and what resonates with others. Spoiler alert: it’s not trying to say what they want to hear or being too pleasing to them.
Why are these soft skills important?
Because if you think like an investor, act like an investor, and speak like an investor you will find it much easier to build a business that is an investment and not a job. A business that gives you the payback you want today, not some pie in the sky day in the future.
So today we built an ecosystem on how to help each other develop our business. But more importantly we exercised and developed the business muscle that will change our companies into true assets.
