This past February my father passed away at 88 but it was 8 years before that a single 3 seconds put him on his last path.
On that summer day in 2017 he slipped, fell and broke his hip in Greece.
Several days later he had surgery but he was in pain.
A pain that never went away.
It took his sleep.
Then his mobility.
Then his mind.
By the time he died earlier this year, the man I knew was already long gone.
The bright, outgoing father I remembered had disappeared long before the final breath.
All from a single fall. One moment.
Why share this?
Because we don’t like to admit how fragile this all is.
How one unexpected twist can change everything.
So ask yourself:
Are you building a business that’s giving you the life you want — right now?
Not someday, not after you exit, not once things calm down.
Today.
This week.
This season of life.
Because all it takes is one bad moment… and all those “somedays” disappear.
In Q4, I’m working with a small group of founders who are done putting life on hold —
And want their business to work for them now, not just later.

P.S. I’m not the “systems guy,” “process guy,” or “finance guy.”
I’m the “make your business valuable” guy—so you can start living your best life now and exit on your own terms later.
