And just like that, the end of 2024 is upon us.
This year has been full of lessons, but two in particular stood out.
1. You Are Who You Surround Yourself With
At the start of 2024, I spent hours each week with an organisation that claimed to value referrals but delivered no results.
Nice people. Lots of talk. Zero action.
It was a one-way bridge with no return.
For every $50 I gave, I got $1 back.
Finally, I stepped away.
Since then, I’ve surrounded myself with business owners who value action over words. Men and women whose philosophies align with mine.
The result? I’m entering 2025 with a major engagement that will change both my business and my life.
2. The Riches Are in the Niches
This year, I doubled down on my niche: helping business owners make their companies sellable.
Why? Because a sellable business isn’t just about selling—it’s about freedom.
When your business runs and grows without you holding its hand, you unlock the life you envisioned when you started. And if you do sell? You capture the full value of what you built, instead of leaving it buried for the next buyer.
I’ve reinforced my focus on this because it’s the key to building the lifestyle, freedom, and legacy you deserve.
