2025 is finally here.
Feels like it’s going to be a year of growth and accomplishments for many people.
For Sophiall, this year we will focus on some key areas:
Monthly Happy Hours – (Virtual and Real) free sessions where we talk about what makes a business attractive to investors, buyers or even your own children.
Monthly Round Table – Expansion and focus on our monthly subscription program where we work in groups to help business owners learn not only best practices for building an attractive and valuable business – but learn and collaborate with like-minded peers in the process.
The Owners Club – New resources will be added monthly to build out its resources but the focus will remain on quality over quantity. That said, you won’t find anywhere else a single resource of down to earth resources to help you get the most out of your business.
1:1 Personalised Collaborations – Bear with me on these. Weekday sessions are all gone right now but will be opening up virtual weekend sessions. Book a discovery call and if we’re a fit will add you to the weekend opening list and the waitlist for when weekdays may open in future.
Expert Led Workshops – we have a couple of workshops opening this quarter. One is on helping you step back so you can focus on higher value areas of your business while we also help you “upskill” and “upscale” your team so that the daily improvements they make translate into more responsibilities they can take on and more freedom for you.
The other workshop is how to optimise the financials of your business where it will be breeze to go through due diligence.
Both workshops will be led by me and respective experts in their fields so you can walk away with practical solutions you can implement in your business right away.
