Who cares…? I didn’t even blink before renting.
And guess what?
They’re packed. Not just the restaurant…

And what do the owners do?
They travel the world in the off-season with their kids.
They’ve turned down multiple acquisition offers.
And their property — and business — continues to grow in value.
They’re not working for income.
They’ve built a business that gives them lifetime wealth — in cash flow, equity, and freedom.
That’s what lifetime value actually means.
Not spreadsheets. Not theory.
But real customers who keep coming back, and pay more, because the experience is that damn good.
