On Thursday you met Frank.
On Friday you were asked if you built a business or a job.
Today I hand you the five minutes with the answer I promised.
If you have already taken the Double A Score, good. Do not take it again. This is the five minutes that explains what your number was actually measuring, so watch this first.
If you haven’t received your score, then watch the video first and go get that score.
Most owners make the same mistake and only end up with more hours, more grip, more pushing. It never works, and in the video I show you why, because the problem was never what so many people swore it was.
There is a single question sitting underneath all of it, but too many of you have been answering the wrong one for years, and it is quietly keeping you exhausted while keeping your business worth far less than it should be.
Change the question, and the burden lifts and the business moves.
I am not going to spell it out here, because five minutes of watching will do far more than five paragraphs of reading.
The five minute video is lifted straight out of the first lesson of End Burnout, Fall in Love with Your Business Again. No pitch, no warm up.
Just the shift, and how to make it.
If part of you already found Frank a little too familiar, this is where that starts to change.
Owner burnout is rarely solved by working harder, because effort was never the problem. The real cause is the question the owner is built around. Most owners ask how much they can make this month, which keeps them trapped inside the business as its hardest working employee. The shift is to ask a different question, what am I building that keeps paying me whether I show up or not, which is how an investor thinks about an asset. Making that single shift ends the burnout and raises the value of the business at the same time, because a business that depends on its owner is both exhausting to run and worth far less to sell. The two were never separate problems.
