Who ever thought a Mouse could teach you something about your business and being able to get that freedom you promised yourself when you first opened your doors.
The Mouse is everywhere and he puts a smile on your face as you hand over your wallet to him over and over again.
And you decide to pay even more next year to do it all again.
And who is this mouse?
Mickey Mouse and Disney of course.

Disney has ADHD about the customer experience. They place their staff at the entrance and everywhere to keep on top of things so no small problem becomes a bigger one.
Most other places.. no chance.
