The Question that Drives Your Customer Experience

Ever been asked what you do what you do?

It’s the question that gets to the heart of your customer experience because it determines the intensity and delivery of what you will do.

Do it for just the money… and the experience will be transactional.

Do it because you believe in your heart you will change lives for the better.. and the experience will often be exceptional.

I can tell you why I do what I do.

It’s simple.  I believe strongly that any entrepreneur who sacrificed time and took the risk to build a business should be entitled to all its benefits and opportunities.

Yet 7 out of 10 will leave much or all of those at the table because they get buried in a business as do these opportunities and benefits.

And it’s wrong because I believe you should earn the rewards of what you built.

Why? Because I personally experienced…

  • How it feels to invest your savings and even take on debt to build a dream and legacy for you and your family.
  • Sacrificing a comfortable lifestyle as an employee to one around building something more meaningful and better.
  • Knowing that if you fail, you may well face ridicule and judgement from critics (many of them envious), as well as disappointing your family.
  • And even hoping to slow time and the week down because you haven’t finished what you wanted to do and the next set of bills is ever closer and faster than the next batch of cash flow.

So for these reasons and more, I want to help entrepreneurs enjoy 100% of the rewards they have earned, which is why I do what I do.

It’s the signpost that guides Sophiall and it’s solutions.

How about you?

Why do you do what you do?

To your success and sanity,
