I had a client who created events for clients from a café opening or ladies night to huge international events with world famous artists.

She had several core service lines including one for entertainment for restaurants.

The service line was plateauing and so we dove into it.

“What makes you stand out from the competition and how do you communicate that to prospective restaurant owners..?”

“We have a great lineup of artists with …” and she went into detail as to their experiences, musical proficiencies, etc.

And then asked her.. “Does the Restaurant care about your artists’ artistic specialisations? What does he really care about..?”

“Putting people in the chairs and having them come again..”

“And how much would they pay for the environment that fills their tables?”

“More than I currently charge…..”
